We operate large storage facilities in Riyadh and Jeddah to provide strong support to our partners in logistics and warehousing.

1. Regarding Products: We supply spare parts for all types of vehicles. We have deep partnerships with over 500 factories and possess more than 15 years of experience in distributing spare parts in the Saudi market. Our goal is to provide high-quality products at competitive prices.
2. Regarding Quality: All our products come with a minimum one-year warranty. We strictly reject low-quality products. In the event of a wrong item being delivered or any quality issue, we take full responsibility for replacement or return without delay.
3. Regarding Pricing:
We follow a low-price policy and offer our services at near-cost rates. Our objective is to maximize profits for our partners through collaboration.
4. Regarding Orders: We only accept orders through our official website. We do not accept orders via phone, fax, or WhatsApp. This policy helps us reduce costs for our sales and accounting teams, allowing us to offer better prices to our customers. 5. Regarding Service:
Products available in our warehouse are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Factory-ordered items are delivered within a maximum of 90 days. A 20% deposit is required upon placing an order, with a 5% discount applied to the total order value.
6. Regarding Customer Support:
For retail store clients, we offer an installment payment plan, where the client pays 10% of the total order amount every Thursday starting from the date of order confirmation until full payment is completed.
We offer an initial credit limit of 10,000 SAR, which can be flexibly adjusted based on the client’s creditworthiness and needs.
